Here at Universal Web Design we have recently welcomed some new additions to the team. Our sales team is growing rapidly, and we look forward to seeing what the next couple of months brings! They have been working really hard making calls and arranging meetings…but who will be the top sales person by the end of the month?!

A personal connection can have a lifelong effect on someone, which is a powerful thing. A salesperson is ultimately responsible for the growth and stability of the business. Without them bringing in leads and retaining clients there wouldn’t be a business. Loyalty and trust is also built between a potential client and the salesperson, so there are many different skills you need to learn and have in order to be effective.
