If there is nothing more that we can do to help you and your business with a particular service and you wish to cancel said service, then you will need to complete the Official online Cancellation Form below for each service you wish to cancel.

Please note that you will be charged for the full remaining value of your contract plus any and all associated fees within our terms and conditions once the cancellation form has been submitted by you. Said sums are due and payable within 7 days of cancellation completion

Suspended Services

We apply a £120 charge per service suspension to cover the administration of your request and to avoid chop and change decision making which is very costly in time.

Service Cancellations

Please note that we require 90 days' notice for all service cancellations in addition to the minimum term agreed. Therefore, upon receipt of your cancellation form completion, we will issue you an invoice to cover this 60 day period.

Website Cancellations

We apply a £120 charge for any website cancellations to cover the administration costs. Please note that this is not a cancellation fee, but a charge purely to cover our time consequently required by your decision.

Marketing Cancellations

We apply a £120 charge for any marketing cancellations to cover the administration costs. Upon receipt of your cancellation, an invoice covering the remainder of your minimum term or three months' worth of invoices, whichever the greater, will be issued to you with the administration fee applied and due for payment within 14 days.

Reinstating Services

Of the few businesses that cancel services with Universal Web Design, most reinstate their services or come back to us in the future, subsequently, if you ever wish to re-activate an or all services with Universal Web Design, it would be a pleasure to work with you again.
