Commission Only Sales Professional

Being a commission only sales professional is no different as to how our MD started at the business. You are in control of your own destiny as essentially there is no limit to the number of sales you could make or commission revenue you generate through new sales as well as existing clients you build within your customer portfolio. 

The commission structure is purposefully designed to help you build a retained commission based income as quickly as possible with initial commissions being very high to support you in the role. As the client base grows and you make more sales, the commission decreases slightly as you hit larger thresholds and this is intentional as the company needs to profit from you being part of the business in addition to being able to afford the personnel needed to service all of the customers you bring in.

Essentially, being commission only in sales comes with all of the benefits of being a business owner with an unlimited income and pay increases in your full control without the many responsibilities and costs of running a business without being pulled away from what you do best = making sales!

Commission 

• 20% commission (up to £10,000 per month)
• 10% commission (between £10,000 and £20,000 per month)
• 5% commission (over £30,000 per month)
